Are these live cohorts or self-paced? +
Every course is self-paced. You buy, you unlock, you move through at your own speed. We kept it that way because founders running real stores don't have room in the calendar for Zoom lectures. You get lifetime access and every future update.
Do I really need an existing store to get value from these? +
Yes. Every module ends in an assignment run on your actual business. The CEO Scorecard requires six months of Shopify sales data. The Conversion Audit needs at least 1,000 monthly visitors. Retention Revenue needs 50 plus customers. The Ads Playbook needs a live pixel and conversion history. If you don't have a real store yet, these courses aren't for you, and we'll tell you that before you buy.
What's the difference between a course and the SSO Growth Program? +
The courses teach you to run the SSO system yourself. The Growth Program is our team running it for you. Same frameworks. Different level of leverage. If you have more time than money and like doing the work, start with a course. The Conversion Audit is Shopify-specific because the screen-shares, examples, and checklists reference Shopify admin directly. If you're on Woo, Magento, or custom, you'll still get value but expect to translate a handful of the tactical fixes.

The courses are self-serve, so no 1-to-1 feedback is included at this price point. Are prices in AUD? +
Yes. All prices are in $AUD. GST applies to Australian customers. International customers are invoiced ex-GST.
